Sapphire – the name is derived from the Latin “Sapphirus” and Greek “Sapheiros”, from a Sanskrit word, which mean Blue and Precious Stone. Some sapphires also found in Burma, but it is in limited quantities only, and also Thailand & neighboring Cambodia.
